We were lucky to have sustained only minor damage to our house shingles, but our window screens facing the south were ripped to shreds during the recent golf ball- size hailstorm. James and Custom Roofing were prompt and professional when they replaced the screens, which fit perfectly and look great after installation! The cost to replace the seven screens was very reasonable, too. Our next-door neighbor whose shingles were damaged and later replaced by Custom Roofing also speaks highly of James and his team. I tend to be a repeat customer when a business or contractor under-promises but over-performs, which is what Custom Roofing did on this job. We are very satisfied customers.

James was really helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, I highly recommend and would use again. I had quite a few shingles come off after a wind storm. I had 3 companies out to give me estimates, 2 told me my entire roof needed to be repaired. I had to beg to get estimates just to do the repairs from those 2 companies and the estimates just happened to be close to my deductible amount. James was the only one that gave me a legit estimate to do the repair. Offered to try and do a full roof replacement, but recommended the repair route. I was able to get someone out within a couple days and had everything looking like no damage ever occurred. Very honest and helpful throughout the process.

They replaced my roof, and did a great job. The whole process was so easy. They provided great quality work, were very responsive, and honest, and were a great choice for the job. I have since called them to come out an repair my mom's roof, after a large limb fell and put a hole in it. I will be referring them to all my friends and family from now on!!

Wow, what a great experience!!! I loved working with James and the entire process went smoothly. Custom Roofing educated me on the insurance claim process and walked me through each step. Great communication the entire way! Actual roof work only took a couple of days and the finished product looks awesome. These guys are roofing experts and very professional--and trustworthy. GREAT EXPERIENCE & GREAT JOB As most home owners dread & not something you can manage or know about 1st hand, we received hail damage from one of the storms in NTX. We contacted owner James Floyd (Custom Roofing) in Frisco & what a great experience. He was more than professional in getting out to check our roof at our convenience & was very thorough & helpful in explaining what hail does to roofs & the rest of home and how to contact our insurance company to get them involved in the entire process. He even gave us several addresses in the area to view past work they'd performed & even talked to a few homeowners who gave us a big thumbs up to James & Custom Roofing. James was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of inspection to completion, especially in dealing w/ insurance companies & making sure the process was smooth & painless. Everything from choosing replacement shingles (color/style options & even our HOA approval), venting options (adding additional), gutters repaired/replaced/add, window screen replacement, exterior AC hail damage & even some repairs & painting. Custom Roofing was extremely conscious of yard & bushes/trees, were fast & cleaned up extremely well. They even came back several times to run the big magnet roller for any stray roofing nails or staples from removal of old shingles which was great. Until going through the process and being very particular about our house, we'd highly recommend James & Custom Roofing for any roofing needs. He was especially professional in dealing with insurance companies & helping us along the process.
